No less than Franconia’s most popular television and star cook, Alexander Herrmann, creates the delicious four-course menu at the PALAZZO Nuremberg. His "Restaurant Alexander Herrmann" in Wirsberg has also been awarded with a Michelin star. The Gault&Millau awarded the "Cooking School Alexander Herrmann" as the Cooking School of the Year 2011.
On television, the Franconian works among other things as a presenter of the ZDF success "Topfgeldjäger" and sits in the jury of the Sat.1 Primetime Show "The Taste". At Radio Bayern 1 he can be heard with a weekly program. His current book project is the trilogy "Küchen IQ", which promotes creativity at the stove with an innovative concept.
