You book the placement category (ring, circle, box, stage box) in which you would like to sit. It is not possible to book a specific seat or table.
The placement is done by our guest managers on the evening of your booked show.
The placement is divided into four categories:
1. The ring with tables of 4, 8 and 10 in the inner circle of the Spiegeltent. The tables are located directly around the center stage, from where you can experience the artists up close.
2.The circle with rectangular tables for 8 runs in a circle around the ring and allows a good overview while still being close to the artists.
3.The cozy boxes in the outer circle offer space for 6 to 7 people each. Here you can sit back, relax and enjoy your overview over the show.
4. Located in the rear area of the tent, next to the music stage, the stage boxes only allow a limited view of performances taking place on the orchestra stage. However, the majority of the acts are presented on the center stage, which can be clearly seen from all seats.

No, bookings are generally excluded from cancellation and exchange.
However, you can change your booking if you purchase the “rebooking” option within 48 hours after you purchased your ticket.
Tickets are generally excluded from cancellation. However, you can change your booking if you purchase the “rebooking” option within 48 hours after you purchased your ticket:
1. You can purchase the rebooking option for up to 50 tickets for EUR 15.00 per ticket.
2. With the rebooking option you have purchased, you can rebook your ticket to another show day of the season - depending on availability - up to 72 hours before the booked date or a voucher will be issued to you.
3. The rebooking option does not have to be booked for the entire group.
4. If the price of the new ticket is higher than the price of the originally purchased ticket, the price difference will be charged as an additional charge. If you rebook to a cheaper category, the price difference will be paid out in the form of drink vouchers for the current season. The difference cannot be paid out in cash.
The show starts Tuesdays through Saturdays on 7.30 p.m., on Sundays on 6 p.m. The foyer and the bar are open 90 minutes prior to show begin.

At the entrance, you will receive a card on which your table number is recorded. Our service staff will then take you to your table.

The seating arrangement is organized on the day of the event and is based on the composition of the individual bookings.
The table division is arranged by the evening play management, so no fixed table assignments can be given in advance. However, groups are always placed together - depending on the group size, possibly on adjacent tables or together with other guests at a table.
Of course! The places for wheelchair users are in the category circle. When ordering, please state that a wheelchair user's place is required. The Spiegeltent also has barrier-free toilets.
In the middle of the Spiegeltent, visible from all places, there is a lift, on which most of the performances take place. In addition, there is an orchestral stage on which the orchestra plays and other show acts are presented.
There is no dresscode. We recommend to come in evening attire as in the theater. But most importantly, dress in any attire you feel comfortable in.
No. The Spiegeltent is heated.
Yes, but only for private use. During the show, photographing is permitted only without flash, since the flash light can disturb the artists in their concentration.
There is no age restriction, but we recommend a visit from the age of 6 years on. Children up to 14 years receive a 50% discount on the ticket price on all Sundays. We also offer a child-friendly menu.
However, as a parent, you should decide whether your child can handle an evening program of over 3 hours. A ticket must be purchased for each child. We strongly advise against bringing infants. Furthermore we have no possibility to keep baby carriages for you.
Pure pleasure is the motto of PALAZZO, so all shows are non-smoking shows.
Of course not. After the end of the show, you can continue to sit and enjoy the music in the evening and have a drink at the bar in the foyer.
At the end of the event, ask the service staff or the evening entertainment team to order a taxi for you.
No. A four-course dinner is served during the three hour show.
Our top chefs have created a meat and fish-free gourmet menu especially for our vegetarians. Please inform us about your vegetarian menu wish directly while booking your ticket.

There is the possibility to exchange individual courses. Please inform us about your menu request directly at your booking, e.g. no fish or meat. In such cases, a fish or meat course is replaced with a vegetarian variant.
Of course! Because every menu is freshly prepared on the evening of the event, we can react to food intolerances and prepare an individual menu. Just let us know what your food allergies are.
You can order the drinks either à la carte or book one of our beverage arrangements in advance.
If you haven't booked one of our drinking arrangements in advance, order the drinks simply à la carte and pay them after the show.
We accept cash, debit (EC) or credit cards (VISA or Mastercard), as well as PALAZZO beverage coupons for the payment of your drinks or for tickets at the evening bar.
